What is a Bootcamp?
A Bootcamp is a type of group workout that promises excellent results through a tough, immersive, programme of exercise. Just as an Army boot camp is designed to turn a civilian into a Soldier, a fitness boot camp will help the participant achieve faster results than they would do normally.
Military fitness programs are often geared towards the ability to march, run, and carry weight. Fitness training in the service exists to prepare a Soldier to withstand the physical demands of combat. With that being said, some of the best workouts on Earth are “Army Workouts”! To train like our men and women of the Armed Services is a great way to get and stay in shape. Our activities are perfect for those who want to be as physically fit as our country’s Soldiers.
Our revolutionary adult group fitness session are designed to satisfy a variety of different needs:
• Someone looking to get fitter, faster, stronger and leaner in a fun way. Increase your fitness and lose weight with us!
